We recently analyzed thousands of feedback responses from our mentees and discovered some interesting patterns.

As part of the methodology, we conducted this analysis separately for all types of sessions—Mock Interviews, Resume Reviews, and Career Conversations.

Insights from Mock Interviews

  • Specifically for Mock Interviews, we analyzed approximately 1,800 feedback responses with an average rating of 4.84/5.
    Here’s what stood out in terms of what our mentees gained:
