Hailing from a construction background and having hands-on experience as a project manager, joining an elite institution like IIM Indore always seemed out of reach for me. I have always been in roles requiring me to execute plans rather than conceptualize them, which made me averse to the consulting world.
However, with Gocrackit, my perspective shifted.
Working under the mentorship of Avinash Narwade sir of GoCrackIt, I got well-prepared for my IIM interviews. The thorough process of mock interviews and constructive feedback he provided was instrumental in cracking my IIM interview, but more importantly, it changed my mindset. Through this process, with the help of their insights and my persistent efforts, I was successful in one of the hardest career transformations where I shifted my focus from dust-ridden construction sites to the most innovative fintech environment in India.
