You acknowledge that the Services purchased by you are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, under no circumstances, including for modifying and extending the duration of the Service, change in the commencement date of the Service, your failure to attend or participate in the Service, modification of the structure or content of the Service.
Please note that our policies may differ between offerings, and payment options may vary. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other GoCrackIt policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. We do not offer refunds for one time purchased courses. For special cases, please write a mail to support@gocrackit.com . It is the sole discretion of GoCrackIt to process refund on a case to case basis.

If a refund is provided, you hereby agree and acknowledge that such amount to be refunded may either be paid in cash or credit (for purchase of any other Services of GoCrackIt of equivalent value) at the sole discretion of GoCrackIt.In some cases, GoCrackIt may offer subscription of entire platform, in those cases we may also offer a free trial period instead of a refund period. If you do not cancel during the free trial, you will be billed the full amount for the subscription you signed up for and be unable to request a refund. Once you have earned your any of Courses Certificate, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you earn your Certificate within the free trial period.
